Through the most challenging times in life, I have found comfort through the purity and innocence of children. In times of discouragement, hopelessness, and even mourning, I have experienced the undeniable power that children possess to heal the heart even on the bluest of days.

I feel truly blessed to be a mother of two daughters, Elise and Elena, and to be a music teacher in a culturally diverse NYC school! I have the opportunity to work with children and music which are my two most favorite things in the world!

During the Coronavirus pandemic, I have followed and continue to follow all the things that are happening around us and while we’ve remained quarantined in our home I wrote this song “Hope and Love” because it's the best way I know how to express my thoughts and emotions in response to the current events that we are all facing. I hope that listening to the words of this song and seeing the beautiful children playing and working together in the video will at the very least bring a smile to your face.
